Still more on isanybodydown.com

If your pictures are posted on isanybodydown.com, contact me. I will represent you free of charge, and I have received many offers from lawyers in other states willing to do the same.

If legal action isn’t your thing, maybe a little bit of “turnabout is fair play” might be. It seems that the guy who runs the site pissed off elements of Anonymous some time back. Here is a lot of information about the owner.

Craig Brittain – the owner/operator of isanybodydown

Could Dave Blade be Chance Trahan? Trahan seems to be into ninja’s and the like, according to http://ninjatale.com/tag/chance-trahan/. Just a thought.

  3. Overall, I think its “Dynamic duo” of Craig and Chance, as its Chance’s vanity sites (his android “day job”, his one-man-band site, and his ninja site) which are on the same physical server as everything else, which suggests that Chance is the one running the site itself on the day-to-day level.

    Chance’s lovely photo is here:

  4. In for victims in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

  5. Robert Fairbairn says:

Not exactly my specialty, but I will volunteer to help any Massachusetts victims and I am sure I can find others to assist as well.

    • Thank you, Robert. I’m licensed in MA, but certainly could use local counsel if we find MA victims.

That makes me feel much better because I am always more comfortable when matters such as these are left in the hands of the experts. That being said, I would be glad to assist in any way needed.

dude doesn’t look like he’s going to last long in prison.

  12. […] 2. After Randazza gets his hands on him, I’ll let Craig try to convince his lawyer that he acted in “Good Faith” and “Fair Use” by profiting off of illicitly-procured photos.  Don’t resort to the protections of copyright law while proclaiming that copyright law doesn’t apply to you.  And, by the way, while your server may be outside the U.S., you’re still here — a judge doesn’t have to order a webhost to take down your photos when she can make you do it. Is anything actually gonna go down with this site or is this just to going to get our hopes up

How do I get in touch for representation? I had to change my phone number because of this creep.

  16. Natalia says:

Thank you, Marc, for supporting all the victims. I am a victim of Revenge Porn, too. It’s humiliating. I went to the police in my state and they told me that it’s not harassment because the perpetrator didn’t contact me directly. But, hey, if I ever receive annoying calls from a telemarketer, it’s harassment. Go figure.

  17. Natalia says:

One question for Marc: Are you representing victims who are on Pinkmeth and 1upem, too?

  18. Natalia says:

Okay, thanks for getting back to me. Yeah, I read about him. It’s hilarious how he got their site pulled so quickly, and the pinkmeth trolls just told people that they’re just “under construction.” Losers.

  19. Natalia says:

Awww, gotta love Pinkmeth. They’re giving their horrible, slutty victims the opportunity to redeem themselves through submission of their stories about how they didn’t properly protect their pictures like good little girls should. Of course, they must accompany their stories with their face above a poster labelled “PinkMeth.” As a reward, they will get their photos removed. And, of course, PinkMeth will *never* use this against them.

  20. Natalia says:

Natalia, PM “victims” are not sluts, just poor girls who were dumb enough to trust their boyfriends, friends, etc. We are not here to make people suffer or redeem for their “sins”, we are here to teach them that privacy matters more than they thought.
And instead of writing nonsense online, get your fat ass off the couch and do something to change the world.
Like you, we sit in our homes and manage all the entries on PinkMeth, but we are making a bigger impact than you can see. Like we say: a little evil for a greater good. The only worthy opponent we had was Jason Van Dyke and that’s because he wasn’t playing an online hero.
