Deconstructing the Indefinite Detention provision

Despite its inflammatory title,This seems a carefully written piece analyzing the powers of indefinite detention under the NDAA. To me it looks potentially like the ultimate criminalization of certain types of speech: No trial, no lawyer, no constitutional rights.
