Rakofsky v. The Internet ORDER

  1. Leo says:

Link to order is broken at 19.16 eastern.

  2. It’s hilarious seeing Borzouye’s name in a legal brief. I made the mistake of hiring him to prosecute a civil action against a Fortune 500 that intentionally issued a false DMCA takedown notice against one of my companies. His filings were so poorly written that I insisted on proofreading them before they were filed. I’ve seen better arguments by Crystal Cox.
