And that kid looks like he wants to take a bite out of that bunny!

Fuck buying them for starving kids in Africa to eat…

Buy them so YOU can eat them. Rabbit is fucking delicious…

Being from Australia where so e bright spark in the 1800’s decided to introduce rabbits so that they could hunt them for sport and the Rabbits became literally a plague to the extent that we had to come up with new and ingenious ways to kill the *uckers and the saying still in Australia is “a Good rabbit is a dead/stewed rabbit” I can see tremendous problems with this proposal.

Though a solution would be, kill the rabbits here, transport them to Africa frozen/sautéed/whatever (as long as they are dead) and The Aust govt would probably pay a grant for this to be done. Win Win for all except for the rabbit.. *insert evil diabolical laugh here*

On another thought… what’s the bet PETA will have a new nude campaign about this catalogue? *eye roll*

Heifer is the name of the catalog. Odd that I received that with a rogue copy of “Working Mother.” As I subscribe to neither, both literally and figuratively, I was quite perplexed with the post.

  5. Bungameng says:

‘mericans are funding rabbits, Europeans are funding goats… meanwhile Chinese are buying out whole continent and heavily investing into infrastructure.

  6. Send the Africans moving vans and ships so they can get the fuck out of Africa and to where the bunnies are in their natural habitat. I loves me some nicely prepare rabbit…. tasty!

Rabbits won’t work as a primary source of food, unless they are supplemented with other types, specifically something containing fat or carbohydrates. The reason is that the meat is too lean. On an all-rabbit diet, in order to get adequate caloric content, you have to ingest what turns out to be a toxic level of protein. There’s even a term for this: “rabbit starvation”. You can get it from any diet that relies excessively on very lean meats.

Reminds me of the bunny slaughter i witnessed by my dad when I was a kid, still impressionable from my parents’ village days. I watched my dad slice the bunny’s throat, skin it and cut out the insides. Then we flopped it on a fire and ate it. It seemed perfectly natural to me as a child to eat bunnies. Indoctrination begins early.
