I have mixed feelings. There’s nothing like paying taxes to legitimize a shady-seeming business.
Yeah, when Florida suggested a per-person tax to cover meals and healthcare for the elderly, I said it was silly to fight it. Could you imagine if a county tried to shut down a strip club and bus-loads of angry elderly voters descended on a county meeting? That would be hilarious.
