Announcing the MTTLR Blog

Kurt Hunt, of the law student blawg, Clever WoT announces his latest project:

The Michigan Telecommunications and Technology Law Review Blog (http://blog.mttlr.org), launched in October 2007, features concise legal analyses by a diversity of voices, including University of Michigan Law School students, guest authors, and faculty contributors. It publishes multiple times a week on topics including intellectual property, privacy, technology policy, communications law, and cyberlaw.

Upcoming faculty contributions include pieces by University of Michigan Law School Professor Jessica Litman on copyright reform, and Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law Professor Susan Crawford (Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law) on Google’s entry into the cell phone market.

If Mr. Hunt’s Clever WoT is any indicator, the MTTLR blog should be an example of great writing and thought provoking topics. Enjoy!

Other topics discussed or soon to be discussed include the University of Michigan’s “Be Aware You’re Uploading” initiative for peer-to-peer filesharing, copyright protection for the Bowl Championship Series college football rankings, reliance of community policing legislation on technology, copyright protection of fashion designs, electronic wills, RIAA litigation, and YouTube litigation.

Questions and comments can be directed to the MTTLR Blog Editor.
