Putting the “Vice” Back into “Vice Dean”

A Vice Dean of Research at the University of South Florida who makes $384,280 a year and lives in a half a million dollar home is moonlighting as a bicycle thief?

The guy’s story sounds pretty plausible until you see the security tape.

I still think there has to be a logical explanation. I want there to be one.
